Turn the Prism

This simulation series is based on concept of Refraction through a prism. A prism has two flat faces set at an angle. Light bends at each face, so the beam leaves in a new direction. The turn depends on the glass and on the prism's setting. At some settings the second face traps the light inside.

What you'll learn

  1. The least turn A prism turns a beam. Find the angle of incidence that turns it least.
